Book Review: Lost in Pattaya by Kishore Modak

Introduction • ISIN: 9789381841228 • Genre: Fiction/ Drama • Publishers: Grapevine India Publishers • Price: Rs. 150/- ( I got this book for review from the publisher ) It is every dad’s nightmare – his little girl goes missing .   For Palash, the sorrow compounds from the incessant replaying of the critical minutes when his ‘Daddy-eye’ faltered, distracted by his own weakness, substance abuse. The loss and the ensuing search sends him spiraling into a divorce and the loss of a steady corporate job. Scouring for his little girl in the brothels of Pattaya he is ensnared in the web of mafia that runs the sex trade of Thailand. When he eventually finds her, will he be able to build back a wasted lifetime, or, is it too late for rescue, for him and his child?   Behind The book Source: Google Images

All that I am is a writer....

Source: Google Images When I began blogging I had heard it many times that there is a lot of difference between  bloggers and writers. I always disagreed to this for I believe each one of us is a writer. We could be scribbling in our diary, blogging, writing poetry or having full fledged novels to our credit. We write and that is what matters. Today after 2.5 years of blogging when my first book is about to release ( You can read about it HERE) It leaves me with mixed emotions when the word AUTHOR is also attached to me. As a blogger I have been interviewed many times but as an author this is my first time and "firsts" are always special. Nothing can be more special for Me than this. I would like to thank Gina Mcknight for making this experience all the more special for me by hosting me on her blog with an interview. A lover of words, paper, and memoirs - We ll this is what she has to say about Me; to read the full interview click HERE . Thank you so muc...

A moment when God said AMEN

In life we pray for a lot of things. Some of them come true, some don't. While there are moments when God says no and gives us something better, there are also moments when God simply smiles and says AMEN. Sharing one such moment with you :
