They say writers are not created, they are born, with a zeal to write, to create, to dream, to envisage and to make it all seem true!
Just like all of us I am also a writer, who dreams of creating things which are perhaps beyond the realms of imagination.
Today I present to you a part of me which was hidden amidst all the chaos, hidden yet concrete.
My first interaction with Bhargavi happened when she approached me for a review of her book The Crossover Year. The warmth she eluded in her words even through an email is something I still remember very fondly. Having lot of common likes – books, writing, blogs, reading and above all sun signs we started interacting more often so much that when she asked me to a part of this blog hop I didn’t waste a second in saying a YES.
I have had the privilege to host her for an interview on my blog where I got to know more about her. You can read the full interview HERE
And review her book HERE .
Do hop on to her BLOG to read more about her random musings and upcoming books at a wonderful place she very aptly calls Addicted to Words. It is surely addicting!
As a part of this blog hop I am supposed to answer some questions too. So here they are:
1) What am I working on?
I am currently working on multiple things. Currently I am working on a short story collection of my own tentatively called the Metro Diaries, a much loved segment on my blog apart from working on two manuscripts of my own.
2) How does my work differ from others of its genre?
The first thoughts on reading this question are blank but then as I ponder it a bit more the only thing that comes to my mind is what I have been told by some of my readers that my writing has soul in it, perhaps if I had to answer this question then that one line would be the answer to it!
3) Why do I write what I do?
I write not because I can but because I need to for there is nothing else that defines me the best as much as my stories do.
4) How does my writing process work?
My writing process works just like my life for me. It is something that is always there on my mind 24*7 as I carry a small diary along and keep noting all that keeps coming to my mind all the while. Other than that there is no particular secret behind it all!
I would like to pass this baton on to two wonderful authors whom I had the privilege of meeting and knowing in person.
