Death
as a thing has always fascinated us human beings since ages. More than life we
are more curious about it. What else would you call when you see people having
after death stories to narrate, wanting to experience past life, curious about
when will they die, how will they die etc.
I to be honest am not curious about death, but yes life mystifies me. I
have always wanted to learn more about it and this book seemed like a ready to
read hand book on life.

The
distance between your life and death is just one breath
About
the author
Sadhguru
is a Yogi, mystic and visionary.
Me
thinks
The
book’s format is like a questions and answers session with various questions on
life and death being answered by Sadhguru. This format helps in easy reading as
sometimes I would read the question I had in mind and then close the book to
savour the meaning deep inside me.
I was
somehow not in a hurry to complete this book for reading it felt like having a
conversation with an old friend. Discussing life, it’s various aspects,
understanding the nuances and feeling like you have not even known it an ounce
despite having spent so many decades on this earth.
That
is the magic of Sadhguru’s words and his experiences of life leave you feeling
perplexed as they push you to search for your own questions and answers on
life. Some of the experiences shared had such depth that I was transported into
a different state of mind where everything around me ceased to exist and all I
could think of was the Oneness I shared with the Universe, the creator who gave
me this life and would also give me death one day to experience.
A
thoroughly enjoyable read and yes a definite to-be-read-again and again book
for me!
